About Our Parts

Most inventory listed on off-road4x4parts.com is genuine OEM take-off parts — removed from real Jeep Wrangler JK, JL, and Gladiator JT vehicles, inspected, and prepared for resale. Some listings are new aftermarket parts. Every product page states the part's condition, mileage (where known), and any cosmetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, or surface rust.

Because these are used, take-off parts, minor cosmetic wear consistent with normal vehicle use should be expected even when not individually noted. Listings flagged "Damaged" have a specific, disclosed cosmetic issue shown in the photos.

Orders & Pricing

Placing an order through our cart is an offer to purchase, which we accept when your order is confirmed and payment is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example if a part sells out, a listing contains a pricing error, or we're unable to verify payment or fitment.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and don't include shipping or applicable sales tax, which are calculated at checkout. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and inventory counts accurate, but errors can happen; if they do, we'll contact you before charging your card.

Payment

We accept Apple Pay, Zelle, major credit cards, Chime, Venmo, and direct bank transfer. Full payment is required before an order ships or a pickup is scheduled, unless other arrangements are confirmed with us directly by phone.

Shipping

Standard orders ship nationwide for a flat $200 rate, applied automatically at checkout. Large freight items that ship via pallet — full axle assemblies, bumpers, and similar oversized parts — are the exception and are quoted separately; we'll confirm the cost with you by phone before charging anything.

Orders ship within 1 business day of payment clearing. Full shipping details, carrier information, and our damage-claim process are covered on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Returns & Damage Claims

Because most items are used, take-off parts sold in the condition shown and described, we encourage you to confirm fitment and review listing photos carefully before ordering — call or text us at (804) 995-9707 if you have any questions first.

Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging and contents until a claim is resolved — this is required for freight carrier claims and speeds up the process. For freight deliveries, inspect the shipment before signing; damage noted after an undamaged signature generally isn't eligible for a claim. Contact us directly to discuss a specific order.

Fitment & Compatibility

Fitment notes on each listing are provided as a guide based on the donor vehicle and typical model-year compatibility. Trim levels, factory options, and running changes can affect fitment even within the same model year. It's the buyer's responsibility to confirm a part will fit their specific vehicle — call or text us with your VIN or model year before ordering and we'll help confirm.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at 3919 Bellson Park Dr, Midlothian, VA 23112 by selecting that option at checkout. The cardholder on the order must be present with valid photo ID to collect the part — we can't release an order to anyone else without prior arrangement.

Warranty Disclaimer

Unless a specific warranty is stated on a product listing, parts are sold as-is, without any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclose known condition issues at the time of listing but can't guarantee the future performance of a used part once installed.

This doesn't affect any warranty rights you have that can't be waived under applicable law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Off-Road 4x4 Parts isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of a part — including labor costs, towing, or loss of vehicle use. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Installation of suspension, steering, axle, airbag/SRS, and other safety-related components should be performed or verified by a qualified mechanic.

Site Use

You agree to use off-road4x4parts.com for lawful purposes only — including not attempting to interfere with the site's operation, scraping listings for resale elsewhere without permission, or submitting false information when placing an order or requesting a part. All content on this site, including photos of our inventory, is owned by Off-Road 4x4 Parts and may not be reused without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or an order will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our policies change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
